How to delete your account
You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the app at any time:
- Open Grounded on your Android device.
- Tap the Add-ons tab (last icon in the bottom navigation bar).
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Account section.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read the confirmation message and tap Delete account again to confirm.
Your account and all data are permanently deleted immediately. You will be signed out and returned to the welcome screen.
Can't access the app?
If you are unable to open the app, you can request deletion by emailing us at info@grounded-app.es. Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What data is deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently and immediately deleted from our servers:

What data is retained
Grounded does not retain any personal data after account deletion. No backups, logs, or archives of your personal information are kept.
